WE BILL FLORIDA LLC is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to analyze and apply federal and state regulatory frameworks governing company operations, including billing practices, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, accounts receivable processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will review and evaluate client billing records, accounts receivable data, payment transactions, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency with contractual obligations and applicable legal standards. The position will conduct legal and regulatory research concerning statutes, administrative regulations, agency guidance, and compliance requirements affecting financial operations, reporting obligations, payment processing support, and documentation standards.
The position will also prepare and maintain compliance documentation, analytical reports, and supporting records; assist management with the implementation of compliance controls within billing systems, financial workflows, revenue tracking, and reporting processes; identify compliance risks, discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies; recommend corrective actions; analyze receivables, revenue trends, and client account activity; and support internal audit functions and the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field, and twelve (12) months of employment experience as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Legal Analyst, or in a related occupation.
